Viviana is a Consulting Arborist with 23 years of urban forestry experience in North and South America. She has held several positions at the internationally renowned Bagota Botanical Garden, first as a Specialized Guide in the Community Participation Office developing and delivering public programs to improve the urban forest. Next, as Coordinator of Integrated Management of Urban Trees where she supervised and administered urban forest maintenance operations and was a representative on the Disaster Committee led by the Department of Prevention and Protection. Finally, as the Coordinator Interadministrative Agreement of Gardening where Viviana administered a 40 person team designing and maintaining gardens that addressed the specific community needs across Colombia’s capital city with a population of over 7 million.
