City of Guelph Parks and Trails

Our team has partnered with city park planners and the local community to transform and enhance 34 parks, trails, and public spaces; creating vibrant, accessible, and sustainable environments.

From concept to completion, our landscape architects have designed a diverse range of recreational facilities, including tennis, pickleball, and basketball courts, off-leash dog parks, local recreational trails, and sections of the city-wide active transportation network. We have also developed a one-of-a-kind bike skills facility featuring pump tracks, jump lines, and skills trails, alongside revitalizing playgrounds with modern safety surfaces and equipment that meet CSA Z614:20 standards.

Accessibility and community well-being are central to our designs. We integrate Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED) principles, enhance accessibility in line with AODA and the City of Guelph’s Facility Accessibility Design Manual (FADM), and prioritize the preservation of natural heritage features. Every project is an opportunity to create inclusive, engaging spaces that enrich the community and support active lifestyles.
